Breakout Table Discussions: Participants are invited to submit extended abstracts (up to 1,000 words). Based on these submissions, the PDW organizers will select up to 20 abstracts and assign them—according to participants’ interests—to four roundtables (maximum 5 papers each). Each roundtable will be led by a distinguished PDW panelist who will guide the discussion. During the session, authors will briefly present their work, followed by feedback and suggestions from other participants. Panelists will foster an engaging conversation around the shared themes of their group’s papers. The discussions aim to explore ongoing research offering fresh perspectives on the scalability of the AI ecosystem through standardization strategies, identifying areas where theoretical and empirical contributions can be advanced. The four roundtables will be organized around the topics emerging from the accepted abstracts. After the parallel discussions, each group will report on the key issues raised. Each roundtable will appoint a speaker responsible for summarizing the main conclusions, helping build consensus on central questions and promising approaches. The selected extended abstracts will be shared in advance with all roundtable participants, subject to the authors’ consent. Finally, Giovanni Battista Dagnino will synthesize the outcomes and present concluding remarks that will help shape the future research agenda of the PDW.
